http://journal.iaialhikmahtuban.ac.id/index.php/JSE/article/view/540

The sharia leasing system applies to all financing carried out and innovated according to sharia principles dan in line with concepts in sharia principles. In addition, this system still has weaknesses: high capital investment does not prevent those who carry out these activities from breaking their promises. Therefore, regulations are needed that regulate more precisely to minimize this. This study uses a critical analytical review method based on a literature review using data from journals, books and information from the internet. The results of the analysis show that contract-based financing companies that finance the company's operations are in accordance with sharia principles. Sharia leasing can apply the principles of efficiency, innovation, and compliance with sharia norms.
Fahmi Alif AldiantoPera Wibowo PutroNeni UtamiYuni Rinawati

Targeting helps UMKM to optimize the use of their resources by focusing on segments that have the potential to generate higher sales and profits. Then positioning helps UMKM differentiate themselves and build a strong image, thus creating a competitive advantage in an increasingly fierce market competition. However, there are still several challenges faced by UMKM in implementing STP effectively, including limited resources, limited understanding of the concept, and the need to continuously monitor and adapt their marketing strategies according to market changes.
Galih Fahmi FadhillahHoirul AnamMashudi .

http://journal.iaialhikmahtuban.ac.id/index.php/JSE/article/view/546

Many Islamic financial institutions offer various Sharia-compliant financial products, including Islamic factoring. Islamic factoring is regulated by the National Sharia Board Fatwa (DSN) Number 67/DSN-MUI/III/2008. Islamic factoring is the process of transferring short-term receivables of a company in accordance with Sharia principles. It is one of the financing options for companies that use installment or deferred payments to boost sales. However, implementing sales with installment or deferred payments can pose problems if not done through a legal third party. This third party can be an Islamic factoring company or an Islamic financial institution that offers Islamic factoring products. Despite the presence of many companies in Indonesia, both listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and unlisted, whether state-owned or private, the growth of Islamic factoring in Indonesia has not kept pace with overall growth. Therefore, this research aims to explore the factors that contribute to the lack of interest in Islamic factoring in Indonesia. The research method employed is a literature study using written data from journal articles, books, and reliable documents such as the Financial Services Authority website. Data analysis is conducted using a descriptive approach. The research findings indicate that one of the factors causing the lack of interest in Islamic factoring is the low level of financial literacy in Sharia among the public.
Rini FitrianiNahdiya AsnaNana Alfiana

http://journal.iaialhikmahtuban.ac.id/index.php/JSE/article/view/559

Without consumption, humans will not be able to live because humans have primary needs that must be met, such as eating, drinking, and clothing. These needs are needs that must be met by humans. This research is based on literature study, exploration based on theoretical findings. the explanation of the discussion will refer to theories that are able to answer the topic of writing. references used recent published articles and supporting reference books.. The function of aggregate spending in an Islamic perspective is the belief in the existence of the Day of Judgment and the hereafter, this principle directs consumers to prefer consumption in the hereafter. Prioritizing consumption in worship rather than secular consumption. Expenditure for worship is future consumption (because in the hereafter is the reward of heaven), while worldly consumption is current consumption. The concept of the success of a Muslim's life is measured by Islamic religious morals, not by the amount of wealth. The higher the spirit, the greater the success achieved. Virtue, truth and devotion to God are the keys to Islamic morality. Virtue and righteousness can be attained by good and useful conduct and by shunning evil. A position of wealth is a gift from God, not something inherently bad (so too much is to be avoided). Wealth is a means to the end of life, if it is cultivated and used properly.
Imam Wahyudhi

Poverty is increasingly coming to the fore, especially in various regions in Indonesia as a result of the economic downturn. Thus, of course, a precise and accurate formulation is needed to minimize the poverty rate. In this case, one of the social agendas that Islam actually strives for is the realization of the economic balance of society. Zakat is one of the instruments to make it happen. The research that the researchers did was included in descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that target planning is carried out every month by employees and volunteers of the amil zakat agency. the organization of BAZNAS for Bojonegoro Regency only has a few employees and in the field of collection only has a deputy who is assisted by a deputy in other fields such as a deputy in the financial sector. Implementation of picking up the ball to muzaki, transferring, promoting and establishing good relations with muzaki. Secret supervision by the chairman, if they are directly supervised they will feel supervised and valued, and also if they are not supervised they will feel they are working alone. http://journal.iaialhikmahtuban.ac.id/index.php/JSE/article/view/571

In accordance with current developments in information technology, the services offered by banks are growing and leading to digital services. The demand for digitization of banking operations is also driven by changes in business life which are now dominated by the millennial generation who prefer the convenience of online transactions through digital platforms. The digital banking transformation process is also accelerated by the emergence of new competitors, such as non-bank financial service providers, often called fintech. The purpose of this research is to find out the regulation of digital banking law in Indonesia and the urgency of digital banking regulations for Islamic banking in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a library research approach to track event log data, which is then used by the author to collect data including sources from previous studies. The results and conclusions of this study are that digital banking provisions have been regulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.12/POJK.03/2018 concerning the Implementation of Digital Banking Services by Commercial Banks. The urgency of establishing digital banking regulations for Islamic banking in Indonesia is the rampant mode of digital crime (Cyber crime) which can disrupt the convenience and security of customer data. This is because there are no regulations that strictly regulate such as laws to specifically regulate Islamic digital banking. Digital banking law is only regulated in OJK Regulations, so it has not been able to overcome problems, especially in the implementation of digital banking for Islamic banking given the weak binding force of these Regulations.
Siti AnifahShelvyna Rikantasari
